After receiving my Licentiate’s Degree in Language Arts - English from ULBRA (Lutheran University of Brazil) in 2005, I worked as an English teacher for 10 years. During this time, I started working as a translator for friends and it was when my love for translation was awaken, so I decided it was high time I became more qualified and then I took a postgraduate course in Translation Studies from 2014 to 2015. I have been working as an English-Portuguese freelance translator for international agencies, translating manuals for electronic devices, general, marketing and business texts, and am specialised in the field of Fashion; having recently finished a massive 6-month project. I have always showed great passion for languages and I believe translation is the essential key for connecting people.
